Choose the honey that isn’t contain one color only, but there is other color touch that isn’t too far from its base color. The original color of honey isn’t homogen but heterogen. The honey color depends on the plant essence that sucked by the bee.

Shake the honey to see whether it is original or mixture. The original one will only has a little foam and more smooth. While the mixture honey will has much foam because sometimes it has soda content.

The original honey taste isn’t sweet only, sometimes there is a taste like fruits where the honey is took by the bee, or even it has acid until bitter taste.

Drip the honey to the floor, see whether the ants come close to approach it. If there is a large number of ants approaches, definitely the honey is false or mixture. The original one may also approached by ant but only in small number. Even some honey isn’t approached by ant at all because it only has small content of sugar.

Original honey has only small number of water content. This can be proven with drops it above paper, especially newspaper. If the drop expands, the honey may isn’t the original one.
